The foundation of GMT Gummi-Metall-Technik GmbH in 1968 in Buehl, Germany by Gerhard and Atina Engstler was the beginning of a family-run success story which continues to endure more than half a century later.
Within a few years of it’s foundation, GMT established itself as a valued research and development specialist in the field of anti-vibration technology and grew from a small local company to a global business group. Today the GMT Group comprises production subsidiaries and sales offices in Austria, Ireland, UK, France, USA, Malaysia and India. Continual growth keeps us moving forward and develops a range of expertise which enables us to provide optimised solutions whilst mainitaing our flexibility.
